1. Quotes
Every quote is fixed in writing after a free survey. The signed price holds for 90 days and never changes mid-contract unless you change the scope.
2. Cover Guarantee
If we ever miss a booked shift, that shift is free and a supervisor covers the next one personally. Sickness and holiday cover come from your pre-approved backup list.
3. Billing
Monthly packages bill in advance; one-off work bills on completion. Payment is due within 14 days. Cancel monthly cover with 30 days' notice — no exit fees.
4. Conduct
Our officers follow your site rules and the law at all times. Any complaint is investigated within 48 hours with a written outcome.
